Excel Workbook — Edit Directly

Excel-like editing:

Click a cell, then drag across to select a rectangular range.
Shift+Click extends the selection from the anchor cell.
Ctrl/Cmd+Click toggles individual cells.
Click a column header to select the whole column; click a row number to select the whole row.
Press Ctrl/Cmd+A with a cell focused to select all cells.
Press Delete or Backspace to clear the selection, or right-click the selection to confirm clearing.
Copy the selection (Ctrl/Cmd+C) to put it on the clipboard as TSV; paste a table from Excel directly into the grid (Ctrl/Cmd+V) starting at the focused cell.

Automatic Arrival Groups

Base grouping: mode + date + point + institution (institution names are normalized). Times must be identical (exact mode) or within the rolling window (windowed mode). When a vehicle has spare seats, same-time groups from other institutions are automatically merged into it — unless a VVIP is present.

Automatic Departure Groups

Same base grouping rules apply to departures. Pickup time is derived from the departure time using the Air/Train lead times in the Schedule settings.
